DMCA Policy
Sajfi Closet respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of responding to notices of alleged infringement that are properly provided to us. It is our policy to remove any material that infringes the copyright rights of others and to terminate repeat infringers' ability to use our services.
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via Sajfi Closet, please notify our designated copyright agent, as set forth below. - An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright's interest.
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL (i.e., web page address) of the location where the copyrighted work exists or a copy of the copyrighted work.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL of the specific item).
- Your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
You can send your DMCA notice to our Designated Agent via the contact methods provided on our Contact Us page.
Filing a Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a counter-notification. The DMCA allows us to restore the removed content if the party filing the original DMCA Notice does not file a court action against you within 10 business days of receiving the counter-notification.
To file a counter-notification, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Sajfi Closet may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
